    Jumping into this thread late but I enjoyed day 3 too! It's definitely humbling to feel how much harder yoga feels now than when I was doing it regularly pre-pandemic but this feels like a good way to ease back into a practice.

    This is my first time doing the challenge and I'm glad OP mentioned it!

    Day 3 done! I almost skipped it b/c I didn’t have time until this evening, but everyone’s comments about day 3 being good encouraged me. So glad I did it!

    of grief, and of getting past it;
    I feel my boots
    trying to leave the ground,
    I feel my heart
    pumping hard. I want
    to think again of dangerous and noble things.
    I want to be light and frolicsome.
    I want to be improbable beautiful and afraid of nothing,

    And Day 4 done early this a.m. Flow is hard for me, and I really struggle with aligning breath, but I felt great at the end of this one.

    I do as well. And I thought flow was done once the seated breathing exercise started and was a little confused when we went back to flow - but it really did help align my breathing with the flow the last set.

    I managed to fit this in right after dropping the girls at school today! I feel very accomplished getting it done so early!

    Day 4 done! I had forgotten how much I enjoy YWA. Glad to be back at it.

    I love flow because I'm much "better" at swift moving yoga than sitting meditative yoga because I have trouble quieting my brain.

    But man, my triceps hurt today from yesterday! Chaturanga was a struggle as a result!

Have had great improvement or total elimination of: migraines, bloating/distention, heartburn, cystic acne, canker sores, bleeding gums, eczema on elbows, dry skin and scalp, muscle cramps, PMS, hair loss, heart palpitations, fatigue. I'm amazed.

    I have ZERO idea what flow is but I guess I'll find out later today! The backs of my thighs are sore from whatever we did yesterday. Also, do I need a thicker mat? The rolling back and forth along the spine HURT!!!
