Poorly organized kid activities
My boys BSA troop is so well run and organized. It’s just so great. My daughters’ troop is NOT. It is poorly organized and the troop leader is one of the worst communicators I’ve ever known. Emails with dates are messed up or not answered at all. Questions go unanswered. I’m not certain the Advancement Coordinator is doing her job but when my daughter who is keeping track of her advancement complains about not getting credit, the Coordinator says she doesn’t have a record of DD’s achievement so she isn’t sure she give her credit. (Seriously? Wth, just admit you’re doing a $hit job and the kid is probably keeping better records of her achievements than you!!).
If dd didn’t love this group so much, we would SO be out of there. SO FAST.
