Ugh! In the middle of a big vacay and I totally tweaked my ankle!

I've been traveling and following along but couldnt post till I got back to my computer. I hope you've gotten it looked at and it heals quickly. It is devastating that you put so much effort into planning this trip and had this happen. huge hug!

Thanks all! It’s been looked at. It doesn’t look broken and the doctor gave me a boot and crutches! I swear I almost cried for joy being able to “walk” out of the urgent care last night. DH splurged for a king bedroom for us at the Holiday Inn Express last night (we had the 4 kids including 18yo DS sleep next door) and I slept like a baby. (Calling this chain out by name because it’s our second property with them this trip and the stays have been extremely comfortable!)

I feel like I might not be able to do all the adventures we have left on our trip but I can walk short distances and sit in visitors centers. 😊 and that’s good enough!
