I just saw this (of course 4 days after I book airfare to Hawaii) but if you book airfare through today for travel before 11/17 you will get a free companion ticket for travel between 1/4/23and 3/2/23. I have two trips planned in September and October and am kind of bummed I can’t use the companion pass on later flights, but thought I would share here in case anyone is planning some travel in 2023.

My mom and I were looking at this the other day. We both said if it were good through even the end of March we'd find a way to take advantage of it, but we don't plan to book any additional trips within that time window.
