I've been using this bag lately. I can use it as a wristlet, crossbody or belt bag. Super light weight and the straps are very generous for larger bodies.

So I was going to go with a new belt bag, either lulu or more probably a dupe. But DH really wanted RFID protection and he found a baggallini (brand recommended on this thread) that he "approved" of and that I also liked.

    https://www.amazon.com/Baggallini-An...%2C143&sr=8-17

We ordered it and I'll give a report! I think what really lent me in this direction was recognizing that a reusable water bottle might be unreasonable while out and about in a foreign country. I don't usually like plastic water bottles but I think that's what we'll probably do while we're there. Thanks for helping me reason it through!

I have (and LOVE) the Lululemon bag. I don't care if my kids also have the same bag. I carry it more than they do, so I trump them. I also have an athleta bag that I switch the lulu out with when I need something a little nicer. I don't see myself ever carrying an actual bag again. Even my beautiful MZWallace bags

Already received the baggallini. Wow. I think we ordered yesterday morning. I think it is too small. I want it to be able to comfortably hold sunglasses, my phone, wallet, passport, ibuprofen, chapstick, airpods. That isn't TONS of stuff....and I don't think these will comfortably fit. It is cute but I think I'll really miss the space.

I might update my OP to ask for a belt bag that has RFID protection!

Can you just get a small RFID wallet to put inside your belt bag? I like these for small wallets. https://www.bigskinny.net/rfid-walle...ders-main.html

Edit: I use their non-RFID Taxicat as my everyday wallet. Or you could even just get the RFID sleeve if you didn't want a whole new wallet. They have them in credit card and passport sizes.

Default UPDATED OP/ RFID belt bag? Favorite Fanny Pack/Cross Body Bag?

Like I said upthread,Baggalini are plentiful at TJ Maxx and Marshalls. Go check them out. Much cheaper too.
You can also just get an RFID wallet vs a whole purse. Honestly that isn’t something I worry about though.
OT re. Passports- maid photocopies. Keep one set at home. Put a copy of dh’s in your bag and he keeps a copy of yours too.

I thought it looked small on the website. Before I was able to find a reasonably priced used LLM
Festival bag (they were sold out for weeks back in January/February) I also considered this bag from Baggalini but it doesn’t have RIFD. What if you just got an RFID wallet (if you can’t find a bag you like?)

    Would this one work?

TBH I don’t really see the need for a full rifd bag but maybe I am missing something.

FWIW: I have to say the LLM Festival 5L is worth the full price. It is unassuming, easy to use as a crossbody, holds a bunch of stuff without being heavy, and easy to pack in a suitcase if needed.

I bought this bag last year and I really like it. I have only used it as a crossbody bag, but you can use it as a waist pack. Looks like Travelon has a few different styles of the crossbody/waist pack. I have a few Travelon bags and I like them all. Some of the reviews talk about poor quality with the hardware, but I wonder if some people got knock offs? I've never had issues with the locking devices.

    OK. Attempt 2.

    Ordered this wallet:

    https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BBPB5L5X...5N883X06QS0TJD

It has that RFID that DH really wants.

    And this belt bag:

I'm probably going to bring my black with gold zippers too. Just for options. We'll see how much I lament a light color but I'm bringing a lot of spring-y dresses to wear and I think the light coral will be nice!

Will report back tomorrow when I get my stuff.
