    ESPRIT is still alive in Europe - I bought some items while living abroad in Germany a few years back. Def reminded me of how much I SO WISHED my parents would let me buy the ESPRIT cloth bag for school. Everyone else had them. But I vividly remember my mom saying she would NEVER pay $15 (or whatever it was back then) for a thin cotton bag to carry heavy textbooks, lol.

    Banana clips and lisa frank binders. Also parachute pants. Mine were gray and pink.

    Now, everyone just uses the Lululemon bags (the kind that they give you for free when you purchase items in store).

    Another 80's trend-not a favorite trend but still very iconic of the 80's--fat free everything.

    Yes my kids use those for lunch bags. DDs say they pack easy in their backpacks.

    Yes! DD2 uses either the free Athleta and/or Free People bag for her gym bag at school.
