Gluten free since Nov '11 after non-celiac gluten sensitive diagnosis. Have had great improvement or total elimination of: migraines, bloating/distention, heartburn, cystic acne, canker sores, bleeding gums, eczema on elbows, dry skin and scalp, muscle cramps, PMS, hair loss, heart palpitations, fatigue. I'm amazed.

And for today's fun event - I cant figure out how to turn on the heat. I've never understood the thermostat -its ancient. I dont know if its me or if it is broken. And dh is 'sleeping' and they wouldnt wake him up to ask him. It is 54 deg in the warmest part of the house and dropping.
