Glad to hear this update. Your experiences with his providers that he's seen in the following days (dentist, PCP) have highlighted all the things they missed during the ED visit. I hope the hospital takes action and learns from this experience. It's bad enough you guys went through this but they can learn and do better for the future. (I say this as a person in healthcare- we are always learning!).

What you are describing would definitely traumatize my neurotypical (with some anxiety) kids. No question about it and even if they were not injured and in pain at the time, just the treatment from the hospital staff.

Very sorry that you guys had to deal with that.
