Default **Help me figure out this salad dressing recipe!!

There is a little cafe in our town that I used to frequent. It is now out of business.
I used to order their spinach salad with strawberries and mandarin oranges. The salad dressing
was absolutely delicious! So I reached out to the old owner of the cafe to inquire about the recipe
for the salad dressing. Here is her response.

"Hi Corie, I am not supposed to give that recipe out per my friend who owns a catering business who gave it to me. I promised her. I will give you ingredients, but I?m not going to tell you how much of anything. I?m sure you can figure that out by looking at similar recipes. It would be olive oil, raspberry vinegar, honey, poppy seeds, Dijon mustard and salt and pepper. And think about the order I just gave you. It would be the most of the first ingredient and then on down the line. Hope this helps!"

Can someone help me try and figure this out???

Thank you very much for your help!!

I asked ChatGPT to find a recipe with those ingredients and it gave me the following:

    Raspberry Poppy Seed Dressing
    Ingredients:

    1/4 cup olive oil
    2 tablespoons raspberry vinegar
1 tablespoon honey (adjust to taste)
    1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
    1 tablespoon poppy seeds
    Salt and pepper to taste
    Instructions:

In a small bowl or jar, combine the raspberry vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Whisk or shake until well mixed.
Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking continuously to emulsify the dressing.
    Stir in the poppy seeds.
Taste and adjust the seasoning or sweetness if needed.
Serve it over your favorite salad! Enjoy!

if that one doesn't work, give this one a try:

    Raspberry Poppy Seed Vinaigrette
    Ingredients:

    1/2 cup olive oil
    1/4 cup raspberry vinegar
    1 tablespoon honey
    1 tablespoon poppy seeds
    1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
    Salt and pepper to taste
    Instructions:

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil and raspberry vinegar until well blended.
Add in the honey and Dijon mustard, then whisk again until the mixture is smooth.
    Stir in the poppy seeds.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Taste and adjust as needed for sweetness or tanginess.

The salad and the dressing sound delicious. If I were trying to guess proportions, I might try having the vinegar and the oil be pretty close to 1:1, but I tend to like more acidic vs oil heavy dressings if that makes sense.

The dressing was served on a Spinach Salad. The salad had toasted almonds, mandarin oranges, red onions,
and strawberries. So amazing!! (I always had them hold the onions.)
