Default Recommend some cute sweaters and tops for me

Hello all, posting after a long time here. So days a week back to work and I have a closet full of frumpy clothes, I?ve also slimmed down quite a bit.
I work in IT and dress code is pretty casual, can you please recommend some cute tops for me? I?m [emoji6]? ? petite small mostly, and medium brown south Asian skin toned. Would like to keep everything reasonably priced, nothing too expensive.

    TIA

I can't tell your size because of the weird website changing certain characters. Looks like you are petite? Do you want to shop in person or online?

Yeah I don?t get how my post got so messed up. I?m [emoji6]? ? so mostly a petite small fits me best in most brands unless it runs small then petite medium. I?m a size [emoji6] in Boden, all shirts from years ago for well still.

Online. Size 6 in boden and petite small elsewhere like gap etc.

Medium brown south Asian skin tone.

If you have any recommendations for a complete outfit also I need that. I?ve been struggling everyday with what to wear!

My dh is in tech (senior management) and wears jeans and t-shirts every day. How does everyone else dress at your work? No sense glamming you up if it's above and beyond.
Athleta or Anthropolgie- which is more your vibe? Or is Boden, Madewell and Evereve more your jam?

You are right, it?s casual but most women are better put together than me!

Ive never worn anything from any of the brands you listed except boden and athleta!

Someone on the board, I think maybe mspacman, recommended Madewell as a way to get work outfits that look pulled together.

I wear Athleta Brooklyn pants to work almost every day. They are soooo comfortable but look like decent pants as long as your top covers the elastic waist. I have them in black, navy, and the lined version in black. They are supposed to be ankle length, but I am 5?3? and they are full length on me.

I second the Athleta Brooklyn pants. I have black and navy.

For sweaters, I was pleased with the current selection at Gap. Seems to be a more late 80s/early 90s vibe with cable or fishmen type weaves, full length (not boxy and cropped finally!), good selection of colors. I also bought a nice, thinner, but still cable weave and very very soft sweater from Target in a neutral grey.

https://www.gap.com/browse/product.d...p-page-content (I have the multi color stripe because I have khaki, red, or pink pants that I could pair it with and I liked the pop of color)

I also have a few of these v neck sweaters that are versatile to dress up or down. I wear alone (with cami under) or over top a button down. You could even layer under a puffer vest or a chunkier cardigan, denim jacket, etc. https://bananarepublicfactory.gapfac...p-page-content
