White elephant gift for HS swim team

DS needs a white elephant gift for his swim team Christmas party. This group likes to have fun, so I'd like it to be funny. There are no rules. So the gifts are all over the place. Sometimes it's an old speedo that keeps circulating or fish flip flops. I'm not good at these things.

One year we brought some ingredients for Elf spaghetti from the movie--a package of spaghetti, package of M&Ms, bottle of maple syrup and bundled it together...they thought it was hilarious.

For the past 3 years DS has taken a beanie hat with LED light on it to his swim team exchange and it is always a hit. We have also done those blankets that look like a burrito for another group which is also a hit.
