I need to send flowers to a friend going through a divorce. I was just about to place an order on FTD (20% cash back on ebates) when I realized I should check reviews. A quick Google search turned up horrible reviews! Then I looked up 1800flowers and their reviews weren't much better. Anyone have experience with a reliable company? TIA!

I would just call a local place directly.
but if you want do do online it looks like teleflora (also 20% on ebates) contracts with Probst Flower Shop - who seems to get good reviews
