Default Period tracking app for girls

Can anyone recommend an app for DD to start tracking her period? Preferably one that is not obvious what it is on her phone in case someone sees it. Thx!

I use one called iP. Logo is just a pinkish red circle. Not too obvious. Have her put it in a group with other health related apps and it will be even less obvious.

I use P tracker. Logo is a pink flower. I have it in my utilities folder.

Does she have a fit bit? You can track your period on the Fitbit app., which is how I do mine. I love it.

My daughter was/is using Clue. I like it because you can track all sorts of things like feelings and such. There seems to be a free and paid version. I’m not sure what the paid one gets you but she just uses the free one.

my 15 y/o DD uses one called Flo. It's a red logo I think, but it's discreet

Just curious why teens would need to track their period vs know general time frame? I’ve never tracked in my life and only know people who track for fertility reasons.

The reason I wanted my daughter to track her cycles as well as moods, symptoms, whatever was that I wanted her to recognize patterns in her cycle. This article does a pretty good job of explaining why I think it is important.
