    Was planning my running route because I have 1 stretch on a busy road with a school so trying to avoid traffic. Figured it out, threw on my running clothes and the rain started pouring. Did weights instead.
    Yesterday was a 2.5 mile walk, day before was a 3 mile run.

    October 11: Lower body workout
    October 12: Upper body workout
    October 13: missed! I did walk a little
    October 14: Abs and core workout

    Here's hoping to get in a full body workout today. Got a deadline for work so I'm being a little optimistic! We'll see!

    Someday I'll get back up to 4-5 miles.

    I've totally bailed since the 15th. Been crazy busy. This thread is helpful. Maybe I can do my core workout tonight after I pick up the kids...

    I've been meaning to join in on this thread:
    Sunday: Hot yoga class
    Monday: Nothing - had to drive my mom home so spent the whole day going back and forth in the car
    Tuesday: 6.5 mile walk and hot yoga class
    Wednesday: 10 mile walk
    Thursday: Hot yoga class

    What I really need to do it get back on my Peloton. I haven't been on it since May but now that it's getting cold, I need to make myself do a 30 minute class a few times a week.
