    Default Zinc supplement

Anyone know where I can get supplements with zinc right now? I want to have some in the house just in case someone starts feeling ill. DH and I like the Emergen-c immunity packets, i thought we had a whole box but I just noticed there's only a few left. My kids take the Lil Critters immunity gummies. I can't find either on Amazon or Target right now. Any ideas where might have some available now?

Sam’s and Costco usually have Emergen-C. Did you check there?

I've been looking for the berry emergen-c or at least the variety pacs for a while. DD2 reminded me in Jan that we had run out and silly me, I didnt get it then - I was waiting for a coupon at BJs Cant find it now.

    Trader Joes carries it.

I ordered some elderberry gummies that have vit C & zinc on Amazon for my aunt this week.

We use Sambucus Elderberry Immune Support which contains zinc, echinacea, and vitamin C. We use it for all sicknesses and just got a bottle with subscribe & save today. Looks like it's all sold out now, but you can usually find it at Whole Foods and other health food stores.

I also buy the Lil Critters Immune C gummies for DS2 at Trader Joe's. They contain zinc, vitamin C, and echinacea.

Trader Joe's sells Emergen C as well.

Something to keep in mind that ascorbic acid is a pro oxident meaning it kills bad and good bacteria you really want a whole food vitamin c that has the entire vitamin c complex within it.

When you take synthetic vitamins instead of the whole food complex you're only getting part of the vitamin and not necessarily the good part.
